Welcome to the Intermediate Phase at SBSM where we foster a dynamic environment dedicated to the growth, holistic development, and success of our learners. This pivotal stage bridges the foundational years with the complexities of higher learning, nurturing well-rounded individuals ready to face the challenges that lie before them.

Our committed educators engage learners in a stimulating curriculum that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. Through personalized guidance in our Learner Support Program, we cultivate an atmosphere where each learner’s unique potential is recognized and harnessed.

As Head of Phase, I am proud to witness the remarkable evolution our learners undergo during these crucial years. Our focus extends beyond academic excellence to encompass essential life skills, character building, and a strong sense of responsibility. We strive to build positive relationships with parents to ensure that all sides of the golden triangle are actively involved in the nurturing of our learners.

Our goal is to instill a passion for learning, preparing them not only for academic achievements but also for a fulfilling and impactful future. We do this by engaging our learners in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities such as Olympiads, quizzes, coding and robotics, sports, computer literacy, as well as the tutelage of additional languages such as Gujarati, Hindi and Tamil. Overnight camps are introduced in this phase with the intention of equipping our learners with vital life skills that can only be acquired outside of the classroom.

My faith in this valuable institution is deeply rooted in it being my alma mater as well as my close to fifteen years of teaching experience in all phases of the school.
